ISO 9001 was created in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 9001:2015 is the most current version of ISO 9001, the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system.
In 2008 Touch Dynamic, understanding their responsibility to provide quality products and services, applied for and successfully audited to the 9001:2008 Standard. Since the program’s inception, Touch Dynamic has been consistently dedicated to being audited with minimal to zero infractions.
In 2015 ISO 9001 upgraded to a new standard of 9001:2015. Touch Dynamic successfully transitioned to this new standard. This certification means that Touch Dynamic consistently provides products and service that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
