Touch Dynamic Receives 2014 Best Channel Vendor Award

Irvington, New Jersey – December 17, 2013 – Touch Dynamic, a leading manufacturer of all-in-one touch systems, small footprint PCs and point of sale peripherals, has been recognized as one of Business Solutions Magazine’s Best Channel Vendors for its sixth year in a row. This year, Touch Dynamic was named a winner in the POS hardware technology category.
Each year Business Solutions conducts an extensive survey, asking its value-added reseller (VAR) subscribers to evaluate their vendor partners on a scale of 0 (worst) to 5 (best) in seven categories: service/support, channel friendliness, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and adequate VAR margins.
In the 2014 survey, 2,508 resellers participated for a total of 4,680 validated votes. For each vendor, cumulative scores were determined by combining scores earned in each of the seven aforementioned categories and dividing that number by the amount of VAR subscribers who cast votes. The vendors who scored within the top five percent in each surveyed technology category were awarded the title of 2014 Best Channel Vendor.
Touch Dynamic earned exceptional scores for customer satisfaction in the channel friendliness, channel program and product features categories.
