NRF: The Good, the Bad, and the Best
After a year off due to the pandemic, we were excited to return to the annual NRF Big Show at the Javits Center in New York City. While the show this year looked a little different than those of the past, we were still able to make some great connections and display a booth that presented our products with pride.
Fan Favorites
This year we brought several different products to showcase, all of which were received quite well for the potential ROI they offer retailers and restaurateurs. While the Razor All-In-One POS system impressed current customers; many trade show attendees raved about the Pavilion and Edge Kiosks. These kiosks spoke for themselves during demos, showing how they can improve business efficiency in a post-pandemic environment. An impressive amount of new leads came from these showcased products.
NRF Big Show Attendance Was Low
It was hard to overlook the fact that many people decided not to attend the show due to travel conditions, restrictions on the show floor, and high COVID-19 numbers. Although traffic on the floor was down, those who attended were primarily serious buyers, interested in researching technology solutions for their retail operations.
Quality Over Quantity
Low attendance might have seemed like a challenge at first, but the goal is always generating high-quality leads over a high quantity of names that never close.
At this year’s NRF Big Show, this was definitely the case. While attendance was down and foot traffic to our booth was not as great as it had been in the past we still were able to connect with retailers and have some amazing conversations about how technology can transform their retail business. The people we spoke with are ready to connect with our channel for more conversations.
We were thrilled to be back at the NRF Big Show this year and can’t wait to see the impact it makes on our business and our channel this year.
