Starting on September 2nd, Touch Dynamic will rollout it’s new customer support ticketing portal, Halo CRM. Upon rollout, the RMA Request page, Request RMA Status page, and Image Submission page will be discontinued on our website. These functions will be integrated into our new customer support portal. All customers will need to create a customer portal account to place support tickets, track status, and gain access to resources.
