The Quest VIII rugged tablet is a cost-effective solution which boasts superior performance with its Intel Atom Cherry Trail processor and 64 eMMC of storage. With minimum power consumption and a hot swappable battery, the Quest VIII is built for maximum productivity.
An 8-inch Projected Capacitive touch screen and a IP65 rating against dust and water, enables the slim, sleek, yet rugged mobile tablet to withstand the rigors of your environment with exceptional reliability. 50% slimmer than the Quest III, the Quest VIII is light weight and perfect for use during long food service or retail shifts, minimizing worker fatigue.
Compatible with both Apple© and Google© Pay via the Ingenico RP457 and ID Tech VP300 Reader, the Quest VIII makes pay-at-the-table swift and seamless. Other peripheral options include 4G Cellular Data, both front and rear cameras, Integrated barcode scanner, and several EMV readers, including the IDtech Minismart 2 and Augusta Reader.
The Quest VIII also comes with several battery and tablet charging options designed with space saving capabilities in mind. The Quest VIII comes standard with a charging cord, but also offers a Premium Dock with full swivel capabilities, a multi battery charging station as well as a multi tablet charging station.
