I am delighted to reveal that we have officially moved and upgraded to a larger, state-of-the-art 16,000-square-foot facility located at 10633 West Little York Road, Ste 100, Houston, TX 77041.
In the second quarter of 2024, we are set to embark on a significant milestone as we initiate the construction of a substantial expansion project. We aim to complete this expansion before the year ends, marking a pivotal moment in our company’s growth. This endeavor involves the addition of 16,000 square feet to our existing headquarters, featuring impressive 32-foot clear ceilings. This enhancement is strategically designed to double our warehouse storage capacity, providing ample space for efficient inventory management and storage solutions. Simultaneously, the expansion will lead to a twofold increase in our production square footage, allowing us to meet the rising demands of our expanding operations and ensuring a streamlined workflow for the future.
