Touch Dynamic shares their thoughts on the incoming 2025 import tariffs.
For Immediate Release
South Plainfield, NJ | February 5, 2025 – President Trump has recently imposed a 10% tariff on China goods, Beijing responded with a tariff on U.S. coal, gas, and other goods. Additionally, a tariff was placed on goods imported from Canada and Mexico which have been put on hold for 30-days while responsible government powers attempt to work out a deal.
As the new administration imposes tariffs, we wanted to share a vital company update. Touch Dynamic does not plan to impose any tariff surcharges on our customers at this time or for the foreseeable future. Most importantly, we will be able to maintain our full offerings to our customer base at a competitive price.
Optimistic about the future, Touch Dynamic views the current challenges as an opportunity. “Thanks to our strong position as a U.S.-based manufacturer, our customers can rest assured that we are unaffected by recent tariff-related price increases that have been imposed,” said Craig Paritz, President of Touch Dynamic.
He added, “We continue to make significant investments in our U.S. infrastructure, which will benefit our loyal customers for years to come.” This positive outlook highlights Touch Dynamic’s resilience, commitment, and loyalty to their channel partners, as they continue to build their position of excellence in touchscreen manufacturing.
