Meet Our Fearless & Down-to-Earth Leader

Craig, the CEO and founder of Touch Dynamic Inc. (TDI), graduated college during the early PC revolution in the 90s. At the time, he wanted a sales career and started his first gig with a touchscreen company. This is where he got his footing in the sector and developed a passion for innovative technology.

"Touchscreens in those days were CRT monitors with touch overlays. They were very large, expensive, and uncommon. They have come a long way since the early days."
Craig Paritz
CEO & Founder

After spending 6 years with the company,
Craig felt a strong desire to pursue his true dream of starting his own tech company.

Humble Beginnings

  • The Vision

Touch Dynamic began with the goal of building a now globally recognized brand specializing in point-of-sale solutions for businesses. Over the years, his determination and adaptability have positioned the company for long-term growth and success.

  • August 2001

Touch Dynamic acquired its first headquarter location in a Singer Sewing Machine factory in Elizabeth, NJ. It wasn't much, but it was ours.

Personal Tragedy & Perserverance

  • September 11, 2001

“I still carry the painful memory of 9/11. My wife and I lived in Battery Park—she took the subway from the Financial Center that morning, just before the planes struck, while I was commuting to Elizabeth,” said Craig.

  • Moving Forward

“The bottom line is the world was a mess at this time; I lost my two best friends, and I couldn’t return to my home. I just started a business with all the money we had, but I knew I had to make it work.”

  • As the Dust Settled

The couple's balcony apartment in Battery Park was remediated by FEMA due to the amount of debris. Far more tragically, Craig lost his two childhood best friends that day.

Despite these challenges, Craig rolled up his sleeves as he knew the battle for success was just beginning. He was dedicated to starting up his business and persisted with building it in its infancy, despite the pain of his loss.

Modest Growth

  • 2002

TDI began to achieve modest sales, distributing a few PCs at a time.

“I remember thinking if I could just sell $500,000 per year in product, I would be in great shape,” said Craig.

Craig expanded the product lineup to include touchscreen monitors.

  • End of 2002

At the end of the year, Craig hired two vital employees: Dave Graber, the now Vice President of TDI, to assist with sales and Robyn Katz, the now Human Resources Manager, to manage shipping and invoicing. The three of them  worked under difficult conditions in a  warehouse no bigger than a walk-in closet, building a foundation for the company’s future success.

  • Here We Grow

“It’s been incredible watching Touch Dynamic grow from just three employees to a thriving team of almost 100. Our success is built on teamwork, innovation and a commitment to excellence”, said Robyn.

Rapid Expansion & Relocation

  • 2005

As the business rapidly grew, TD relocated to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility on New Brooklyn Road in Rahway, NJ in 2005.

  • 2007

In 2007, Touch Dynamic opened a distribution and service center in Texas to support its rapid growth and better support its customers in Mexico.

ISO Certified & Moving to Rahway

  • (2008) ISO-Certification

Following Touch Dynamic’s expansion to Texas, the company completed its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification. ISO certification helps build trust and credibility with customers and business partners. In a global marketplace, it serves as a recognized indicator that a company follows internationally accepted standards for quality, production, and operations. Dedicated to producing the highest quality product for customers, the company ensured they achieved this milestone.

Award-Winning & New Growth

  • (2012) TDI Wins 1st Award

After a decade of hard work and success, TDI won its first RSPA Bronze Award for “Outstanding Provider of Hardware”. The company won this award again the following year and has since won an RSPA Gold Award each year, becoming an 11-Time Winner of the “Vendor Award of Excellence (VAE), Hardware”.

  • (2018) South Plainfield HQ

TDI reached another milestone with the opening of its current headquarters in South Plainfield, NJ. This move followed the company’s steady growth and commitment to innovation and excellence.

Developing Internationally & Nationally

  • 2019

Since Luis Acosta joined Touch Dynamic in 2019 to develop the market in Latin America and the Carribean, the company has rapidly expanded into new verticals, including hospitality, production, and supermarkets. Revenue in the region grew from $100,000 in 2019 to $5 million by 2024—a 4,900% increase.

  • 2022

The company became the top POS hardware provider for Circle K in Mexico in 2022 and acquired major end users such as Taco Bell, Hard Rock Hotels, Lego Group, Giorgio Armani, and Turck.

  • 2023

Touch Dynamic expanded its Texas facility, doubling its square footage to enhance its production and warehousing capabilities significantly. This strategic growth allows Touch Dynamic to better serve its Central and West Coast customers. With faster transit times and streamlined logistics, the company can better support its rapidly growing, large customer base in Mexico.

Further LATAM & Carribean Expansion

  • 2021 - 2024

The company landed KFC as a customer in 2021 and became the #1 self-service kiosk brand in Mexico by 2024, with over 1,500 units sold in a single year. That same year, TD sold over 1,000 Pavilion units and expanded into Puerto Rico, Panama, and Jamaica.

  • End of 2024

Strategic hires in 2024 further fueled growth, alongside multiple kiosk software partnerships and four software certifications. TD’s impact continues to grow throughout the region.

Headquarter Scaling

  • Early 2024

Touch Dynamic released their first Android line in 2024. This marks a big milestone for the company and offers customers a fast, intuitive solution. The company also sold almost 30,000 Razor family units and expanded to almost 80 people. Revenue also increased by 30%.

By late 2025, the construction will be completely finished, occupied, and ready to serve our customers. This new construction will add a whopping 16,000 sq. ft. of space to our warehouse at our NJ headquarters. In addition to this expansion, Touch Dynamic will further develop large enterprise customer relations and their popular Android line that allows customers greater flexibility.
